Warranty Conditions

1. Hebden Sound guarantees all Hebden Sound products against defective material or workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care or damage due to natural forces. It does not cover damage caused by repairs performed by anyone except those directly charged to do so by Hebden Sound.

2. The customer is required to provide proof of purchase. Delivery and return of the defective unit will be at the risk and expense of the customer. The choice to repair or replace will be the decision of Hebden Sound.

3. Hebden Sound is not responsible for any incidental or consequential loss. 

4. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
